I want a custom pair of sneakers. Where do I start?
All custom orders can be requested by filling out our custom order form. Once your request is fulfilled, you will be contact via your contact preference with information regarding the next steps, your pricing options, and where to send your shoes. Once everything is finalized, your personal customization fee will be added to my website and you will be able to purchase it.
Where do I send my sneakers?
After completing a custom order request, you will be contacted via your contact preference method with information on where to ship us your shoes. Customers are responsible to pay for shipping to us. We ship them back to you for free!
Can I send you a worn pair of shoes?
Yes, you can send us a worn pair of shoes. We ask that you clean your sneakers before sending them to us. Give your shoes the upgrade they (and you) deserve!
When do you restock upcycled jewelry?
Unfortunately, I cannot give a time frame on jewelry restock. As I purchase new bags, I get new hardware and all bags are different! Upcycled jewelry stock is extremely limited as the bags only have few pieces of hardware to work with. Do you offer returns?
Due to the custom nature and the handcrafted production of each pair and jewelry pieces, I do not offer returns. Please be 100% confident with your size before we start production! I always suggest trying a pair on in-store to know your correct size.
How are the shoes made?
Each pair of shoes I create is carefully and tediously handcrafted start to finish- starting with a deconstruction process. I hand pick vintage, damaged, and pre-loved designer materials to make them unique from any other pair of shoes, and to promote sustainability. There is only one person producing each shoe, and that is me! Each pair is made carefully start to finish with love, passion, and a hand-crank sewing machine.
I sent my shoes! When will they be ready?
The production time for all shoes is 4-6 weeks. This time is dependent on order volume. If in some case it would take longer, you will get an update from me.
Can I sell you my bag?
Yes! I am always looking for new canvases to work with. Looking to sell your bag? Message us on Instagram @with__an_h or email us at email@example.com.
Can I get a custom pair made out of my own bag?
Yes! You can ship both the shoes and the bag together.
Can my shoes be customized with non-designer material?
Yes! I can customize your shoes with any fabric preference, which you are able to send to me. Fill out our custom order request form to request a pair and tell us your special request!
Do you offer repairs on your purchases?
My first priority is customer satisfaction – I do not offer returns due to the custom nature of your shoes. Anything you wear in your feet is going to get beat up a bit. If for some reason there is a stitch coming out, canvas popping out, etc, I am happy to repair / retouch the shoes for you. I offer to pay shipping back to myself to repair them for you, and customer must pay for shipping back to themselves. If you are local, drop off / pickup is free.
